The men were sentenced to between one and three years in prison, Morgunblaðið reports.
The victim, who died in a hospital in Italy in December 2011, received repeated blows and kicks to his body, head and face.
The mother of the victim told the court in February 2012 that her son had felt very frightened after the attack. His face was severely injured as a consequence and he suffered back and neck pains, resulting in him committing suicide.
