The plan is to start this new service in spring 2014 and for the ships to remain in Icelandic waters from spring to autumn.
Food and accommodation will be offered at very competitive prices, the article states, because everything will be tax free. The plan is to offer casino cruises on ships that can carry up to 2,000 passengers.
