The police in Reykjanes peninsula, Southwest Iceland, arrested the same 20-year-old male in one hour. First he was arrested for drunk driving, driving without license and without a seatbelt.

After one hour at the police station, he was released, but on the way out, as a free man, he snapped and started to threaten the police, so he was arrested again and put in a cell to sober up, mbl.is reports.
