Double Digit Temperatures across Country

Temperatures reached double digits across all parts of Iceland on Sunday with the warmest temperature recorded in Raufarhöfn, Northeast Iceland: 18.1ºC (64.58ºF).

In Ásbyrgi, also in Northeast Iceland, the mercury rose to 17.5ºC (63.5ºF), and in Egilsstaðir, 17.6ºC (63.68ºF), visir.is reports. 

According to vedur.is, the forecast is for some rain in the south and southwest of the country early in the week but for mostly fine weather and warm temperatures across the country after Thursday.
