Iceland has the healthiest diet in the world, according to a documentary, The World’s Best Diet, broadcast on Channel 4 in the U.K. on Monday night, metro.co.uk reports.
Fresh fish, high quality meat and dairy products are the secret to Iceland’s healthy diet, according to the program. Iceland is closely followed by Italy and Greece.
The documentary ranked different country’s diets based on weekly shops and typical meals and snacks. England is in the 34th spot while the Marshall Islands have the world’s unhealthiest diet.
