The Iceland Met Office has issued a warning that mudflows may occur across roads in mountainous regions in Northwest and North Iceland in the coming days. There is also a risk of landslides in the West Fjords and on Tröllaskagi in the north due to heavy rainfall. Several mudslides fell between Ísafjörður and Hnífsdalur in the West Fjords yesterday, visir.is reports. A video of the mudslide can be viewed here.
