The results are in for the second part of the Iceland Review Photo Contest 2014, Waterfalls.
The jury selected six photos as finalists. The images were posted on Facebook and voting carried out by liking and sharing (a share counts as ten likes).
Each of the six jury selections was well received and the race was quite close.
The winner of Best Photo of an Icelandic Waterfalls is: ‘Hraunfossar’ by Kyle Mortara with 759 votes.
The runner up is: ‘Dynjandi by Zeno Spanjaard’ with 713 votes.
A close third was ‘Godafoss August 2014’ by Isabel Maraite with 676 votes.
‘Svartifoss April 2014’ by Ramona Goßner, ‘Skógafoss’ July 2006 by Matt Chapman and ‘Aldeyjarfoss June 2008’ by David Dvorak got between 300 and 500 votes.
We congratulate Kyle Mortara on winning the second category and thank him and the other contestants for participating.
