Brynjar Níelsson, Member of Alþingi, Iceland’s parliament, laughed for two minutes when asked in a TV interview for his reaction to not being nominated Minister of the Interior. He had expressed interest in getting the job. His reply was:

"No, no I am not disappointed. I am much too old for that and I am not prone to sulk, even though the outlook is the way it is [which in Icelandic might also mean: even though I look the way I do]."

His reaction when he realized what he had said, can be seen on the video here. No translation is needed.
