A bus carrying 30 foreign tourists got stuck in the middle of the river Krossá in Þórsmörk, South Iceland, Tuesday night, Vísir reports.
Park rangers in Húsadalur and Langidalur transported the passengers to the riverbank, followed by the bus driver. No one was injured. The passengers, who are young people from Germany, stayed calm the whole time.
Rescue teams from Vík and Hella subsequently arrived in large trucks and managed to tow the bus out of the river.
