Very well said in your column today, with the globalization of food, what the hell are we eating? Not just in Iceland, it seems we just can't trust what the label says. In a world where those lucky enough to have a job are working harder than ever, at the end of the day I can understand the temptation to get a packet out of the freezer and put it in the micro wave. I wonder if, in a few years time, are we going to find out all the food in pretty packets in the freezer has been poisoning us?
