Re: Entrance Fee to be Charged at Iceland’s Geysir

<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />I will stay with my family for a week close to Geysir, having the intention of giving my kids a glimpse of Strokkur say “before breakfast” and “after dinner” if they like; so we may visit the site a dozen times. Shall we pay an entrance fee now every time we enter the site ? Not a good idea!

I would rather prefer if the authorities place a box at the entrance so everyone can put a fee in there based on their own assessment. I have been visiting Iceland since the 80’s and always enjoyed the “fee-less” Icelandic mentality to enjoy the landscape.

Is there any official authority where I can direct my comment to?

Best regards from Germany,
